Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation Leverages XP360

As a not-for-profit membership organization, the Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation’s (PVEDF) mission is to diversify and strengthen the region’s economy by focusing resources on attracting, retaining and relocating quality companies to the Prescott Valley Region. Located 100 miles Northwest of Phoenix, the Prescott Valley offers a lot to businesses and residents, however the distance can sometimes be a hurdle in easily getting people to experience the region in person.

The PVEDF decided to utilize XP360 to take their property showcases to the next level with immersive, 360-degree aerial experiences. These new experiences help the PVEDF give potential investors, leasees, businesses and residents a birds-eye view of the Prescott Valley and specific commercial locations with informative interactive data such as availability, zoning info, etc. A recent experience they created was for the Big Sky Business Park, a 200+ acre development home to Ace Hardware Retail Support Distribution Center, Superior Industries Inc., Hensley Beverage Company (Anheuser-Bush), Canyon Distributions and others.

PVEDF also created an experience that covers the Glassford Hill Marketplace (Walmart, Kohl’s, Jimmy John’s), the Fry’s Neighborhood Center (Fry’s Food Store, Country Bank, Wendy’s, IHop and the Entertainment District (Hampton Inn, Dunkin Donuts, BMO & Harkins Theatres).

All of PVEDF’s experiences allow their visitors to gain new aerial vantage points, allowing them to pan, zoom, tilt to see the commercial developments, points of interest as well as all of the surrounding areas. XP360 provides for 360-degree aerial panoramas that are fully location enabled, allowing for experiences that are incredibly informative and engaging.
